Mr. Praveen Singh has completed his Graduation in Physics and a “ Higher Diploma in Software Engineering”. He also holds a post graduate degree with MBA (Finance) . He is a highly experienced leader in the security industry and associated with MSF since 23+ years. He possesses a unique blend of strategic vision, resilience, and exceptional decision-making skills. As CEO, he has provided exemplary leadership to MSF, enabling it to grow and consistently deliver quality services. He leads by example and demonstrates outstanding domain knowledge and skills, inspiring and motivating his team to achieve organizational goals. With years of experience, he has gained a deep understanding of market trends and has helped steer the company towards growth and success. Maj. Vinay Singh (Retd.) is senior management professional specializing in Service Delivery, Operations Management and Business process with global experience across diverse organizational domains. He has experience of leading Operations and Service Delivery Teams across geographies, He has proven track record in leading business functions in large organizations while working with complex systems and processes. He has worked extensively on development of off and on-shore service delivery teams for Global clients in over 20 countries including India, Middle East and ASEAN region. As an accomplished Leader with extensive experience in Operations and Service Delivery, he has proven track record in leading operations and business teams ensuring the highest level of service delivery to clients. Maj. Vinay Singh (Retd.) a commissioned Officer in Army, he had the opportunity to serve in crucial missions, including Op Rakshak (Siachen Glacier) ,Operation Vijay etc. He has a B.Scs. (Geology), Master’s in Business Administration, PGDM in Logistics and Resource Management and Certification in Aviation Security Course by Bureau of Aviation Security (BCAS) India.

He comes with 23+ years of extensive experience in HR and Compliance domain. After having served with the Indian Army with Regt of Arty, he then worked with leading corporate houses to name a few, Bajaj Electricals, Reliance Retail, Aviva Life Insurance, Mahindra Holidays, etc. He has deep understanding and experience of managing large workforce spread across different geographies in India.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and come across 20+ year’s rich experience in field of accounts, finance, taxation and statutory compliance. He done Schooling and Graduation at his Native place Orissa and Post-graduation at Chennai, Tamilnadu. He started his professional in year of 2009 with ISS SDB. Having excellence in finance and adopt to accept challenging environment.

He come across 23 + years rich experience in field of accounts, finance and Internal Audit. He done Schooling and Graduation at his Native place Orissa and Post-graduation at Chennai, Tamilnadu. He started his career in year of 2000 to 2007 with Shriram group companies as DGM Audit & further worked as Assistant finance controller at Security & Intelligence services India Ltd from year 2007 to 2011.

Ex NCC cadet. Working with MSF since last 12 years. Having Operations experience of 30 years with India’s various leading security companies like G4S, US Consulate Mumbai, Monitron Security, Oberoi Hotels, Tops Security, Trig Security.

Having experience of Multiple security industries like Banking, Airport, Corporate industries, Logistics, IT, Port, Hotels, Retail & entertainment & other industries.

Mr. Raju Singh is a Post Graduate in Business Administration and having decades of experience in diverse areas of Security & Facility Management Services. Joined MSF Group in Dec 2011. Currently, he is managing Facility services. He brings rich experience and knowledge in developing administration, process and is a key contributor towards the sustainable growth MSF year on year.

He is an Ex CISF officer who after completing Civil Services joined CISF and serving the force for around 30 years superannuated in the rank of DIG. During his distinguished career, he was decorated with President Police Medal, Director General Disks and Commendations apart from J&K Medal etc. He is alumni of RK Mission Deoghar, Jharkhand, Mayo College Ajmer, Rajasthan, Science College, Patna, Bihar and Law Faculty, Delhi University from where he did his LLB. And LLM. He is a Government of India Scholarship for Residential Schools and State Scholar Ship holder for school and undergraduate courses. He joined MSF in the year 2022 and presently looking after Legal and Airport vertical.

He comes with 20 Plus years of cross-functional experience of Army and Civil. He served with Territorial Army in active CI & CT Role. He is a soldier and teacher having taught aspirant of competitive exams for more than 15 years. He specializes in system enhancement, corporate training and futuristic projects. He is a biker, wanderer and an urban spiritual mentor.

Mr. Shailendra Pratap Singh is a Post Graduate in Business Administration with Specialisation in Marketing. He has over 17 years of experience in Operations and Marketing function. He has been associated with MSF since 2012. He leads the Field Support Services which is focused on providing “On Demand Services”, QRT Services and Door Step Banking Services for Banking and Financial Sector.

A seasoned Indian Army Veteran with over 30 years of diverse experience in Security and Risk Management, Administration with industry leading organisations like Stellar Value Chain (CEVA Logistics),  Shoppers Stop Ltd, Welspun India Ltd( Welspun Group), RSPL Limited (Ghari Detergent Group), APM Terminals (Maersk Group) , Cairn Energy (Vedanta Group), and the Indian Army.

Joined Modern Security Force on 02 May 23 as Deputy Vice President Operations and performing duties of Zonal Head (South Zone).

He is a seasoned professional with a Post-Graduate education . With over two decades ( 24 Years )  of experience in the security sector and commenced his career at BIS in 1999 before transitioning to MSF (Modern Security Force) in 2003 , where he has excelled in roles spanning operations, administration, public relations, and sales. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations North & North East Zone at MSF, brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to his role, driving excellence and innovation in every aspect of his work and likely possesses deep knowledge of the security industry’s challenges and trends, as well as a robust network of professional contacts. Leadership roles in operations and regional oversight also suggest strong capabilities in team management, strategic planning, and customer relationship management skills that are crucial for driving organizational success in the competitive field of security services.
